At Interiors By Zai, each product is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared to ensure quality and consistency.

Due to the nature of materials, textures, and production batches, slight variations in colour, weave, or finish may occur. These are considered part of the design and not faults.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

Once assessed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where required, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

 


Product Variations

Our products are made using carefully selected materials.

Slight variations in the following are not considered faults and are not eligible for return:

• Colour tones (due to lighting, photography, or screen settings)

• Texture, weave, or finish

• Material or batch variations

 

 

Sizing & Product Details

Please note:

• Products may have slight size tolerances due to manufacturing

• Variations in structure or finish are part of the product design

These variations are normal and not considered defects


Shipping Costs


• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping (if approved) is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty

 

Unapproved Returns

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
